SilentCloud Panel CEM 28 - High Mass Acoustic Floorboard

The SilentCloud Cem 28 is a high-mass acoustic floorboard designed to address both airborne and impact noise challenges. It incorporates an 18mm cement particle board with tongue and groove, complemented by the SilentCloud 10 resilient layer. The installation involves a broken bond pattern, with all tongue and groove joints glued using SilentCloud Adhesive. Perimeter sealing is achieved with Silent Seal 20 or Silent Flanking Strips.

This resilient and sturdy flooring solution is suitable for various floor finishes. It complies with Document E (England & Wales), Section 5 (Scotland), and Part G (Northern Ireland). Additionally, it can contribute to a Code For Sustainable Homes compliant specification and form part of a Robust Details compliant system. The board surface holds a Class 'O' Fire Rating, and it exhibits a thermal conductivity of 0.26 W/m.k.
