Orders & Shipping
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland and the Isle of Wight. For shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or overseas destinations, please contact us for a custom quotation.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same business day. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. We offer free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders. Express delivery is charged at cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Custom‑cut items and special orders are non‑returnable unless faulty.
How do I request a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Products & Sizing
Do your acoustic underlays work with underfloor heating?
Yes. Our recycled rubber underlays are compatible with most underfloor heating systems and will not off‑gas harmful fumes. They provide excellent impact and airborne sound insulation.
What thickness of insulation do I need?
For most domestic projects, our 3 mm or 5 mm recycled rubber underlay provides up to 54 dB impact noise reduction. For larger or more complex installations, please contact us for personalised recommendations.
Can I cut the mats to fit?
All mats can be trimmed on site using a sharp knife and straightedge. Please wear suitable protective gloves when cutting and always measure twice before cutting.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices displayed on our website include UK VAT. A VAT invoice will be emailed to you after purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and most major credit/debit cards. Bank transfer is available for trade orders on request.
Installation & Technical Support
How do I install your products?
Installation instructions are provided on each product page. In general, ensure the surface is clean and level, cut the underlay to size, lay pieces edge‑to‑edge, and seal joints with acoustic tape. For wall or ceiling panels, apply the recommended adhesive and press firmly until secure.
