Orders & Shipping

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Our distribution network currently covers the UK mainland and the Isle of Wight. For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or international shipping, contact us for a bespoke quotation.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

What are your delivery charges?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout. We offer free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders and charge cost rates for express services.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom‑cut and special order items cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, contact our customer service team.

How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Products & Sizing

Do your acoustic underlays work with underfloor heating?

Yes. Our recycled rubber underlays are compatible with most underfloor heating systems. They provide excellent impact and airborne sound insulation without off‑gassing harmful chemicals.

What thickness of underlay do I need?

For most domestic installations, our 3 mm or 5 mm premium acoustic underlays provide up to 54 dB impact sound reduction. For larger or more demanding projects, please contact us for personalised recommendations.

Can I cut the mats to size?

All mats can be trimmed on site using a sharp utility knife and straightedge. Always measure twice and wear protective gloves when cutting.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All displayed prices include UK VAT. A VAT invoice is emailed after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and most major credit/debit cards. Bank transfer is available for approved trade accounts.

Installation & Technical Support

How do I install your products?

Installation instructions are provided on each product page. Generally, ensure the surface is clean and level, cut the underlay to size, lay pieces edge‑to‑edge, and seal joints with acoustic tape. For wall and ceiling panels, apply the recommended adhesive and press firmly until secure.
