Application Instructions
To achieve the best results with this 2-component varnish, follow these application steps:
- Apply a primer coat, such as EasyPrime or PrimaSeal Plus.
- Shake the product well, then mix the hardener with the base at a ratio of 10:1.
- Use within 2 hours of mixing.
- Ensure the surface is properly sanded with a maximum wood moisture content of 12%.
- The floor must be dry and free of any contaminants such as old coatings, oil, grease, wax, silicone, and sanding dust.
- Ideal room conditions: temperature between +15°C to +25°C, relative humidity of 40% to 75%, and material temperature between +18°C to +25°C.
- Ensure proper ventilation in the working area.
- Transfer material to a suitable varnish bucket before application and shake well.
- This product is ready for use and should not be diluted.
Application Tools and Rates
- Use a premium roller, Deluxe 120, applying 100-120 ml (g)/m² for coverage of 8-10m²/l (kg).
- Alternatively, use a microfiber roller, applying 80-100 ml (g)/m² for coverage of 10-12m²/l (kg).
