Silent Cloud™ Acoustic Plasterboards are engineered to deliver serious sound insulation for domestic and commercial spaces. Manufactured using a dense recycled gypsum and mineral core, these high-performance boards significantly reduce airborne noise through party walls, stud partitions, ceilings and floors.

DIY Installation Guide (Professional Results)

For best results install as part of a soundproofing system:

1. Prepare the surface: Smooth, clean, and seal gaps with acoustic mastic.

2. Decouple: Use resilient bars or isolation clips for optimal sound isolation.

3. Fix boards: Secure with drywall screws or Silent Cloud adhesive; stagger joints.

4. Seal all joints and edges: Use acoustic mastic to prevent sound leakage.

5. (Optional) Add MLV (mass-loaded vinyl) between layers for extra mass.

6. Finish with plaster skim, paint or decoration.
