Installation Process
The installation starts with applying the Premium sound deadening mat at a coverage ratio of approximately 50% across all single skin steel areas such as side panels, roof, wheel arches, and doors. This product features a peel & stick application method, making installation straightforward. Typically, a medium-sized van will require about two Bulk 40 sheet packs (7.4 sq.m) of sound deadening for effective coverage.
To complete the installation, a secondary layer of Premium Thermo Liner Pro is recommended for the sides and roof. This insulation regulates the temperature inside the van, keeping it cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dense closed cell foam layer works synergistically with the sound deadening layer to enhance soundproofing.
