This unique product offers two essential layers in one simple application! The Premium version is designed as a thicker flooring underlay with a heavier deadening and thicker insulation layer.
With soundproofing and insulation combined, this product is perfect for floor and boot areas of the vehicle. It effectively kills vibrations, blocks noise, and insulates the panels. The product is simple to apply; just peel and stick onto the metalwork.
Sound Deadening Layer
The Premium Heavy Duty sound deadening layer consists of 2mm butyl rubber to reduce vibration from the panel and act as a barrier to airborne noise. The composition includes more rubber and less mineral filler, which leads to better vibration damping and noise reduction. This layer, placed on the metal floor of any vehicle, will destroy unwanted vibrations and structural noise.
Insulation Layer
The insulation component features an integral 5mm closed cell foam layer that has excellent thermal and acoustic properties. This formulation is ideal for reducing noise and insulating the vehicle. The closed cell foam layer acts as a thermal insulating barrier, helping to stabilize vehicle cabin temperatures throughout the year and reducing the chances of condensation forming.
Convenience
To increase installation convenience, the product is supplied in one continuous 5m roll, making it perfect for custom work and large floor areas.
