Many campervan projects start with limited luxury, but with our kit, you can improve the rear cabin area dramatically by applying sound deadening and insulation. This upgrade can be accomplished in a few simple steps.
Kit Contents
This comprehensive pack contains sufficient sound deadening and insulation sheets to treat the crucial sides, wheel arch, and roof (or floor if a pop-top vehicle) areas of a typical fully windowed campervan. The kit includes:
- 1 x Premium Sound Deadening Mat (50 sheets, 4.7 sq.m)
- 1 x Premium Thermo Liner Roll (10m, 10 sq.m)

Installation Process
The installation involves a straightforward peel and stick application, starting with the Premium Sound Deadening Mat, applied at approximately a 50% coverage ratio to all single skin steel areas, including side panels, wheel arches, and doors. A typical campervan will require approximately one bulk pack (50 sheets) of sound deadening for these areas.
After applying the sound deadening, complete the installation by adding a secondary layer of Premium Thermo Liner to the sides and floor/roof. This material helps regulate temperatures inside the van, keeping it cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dense closed-cell foam layer works in conjunction with the sound deadening layer to enhance soundproofing even further.
