The SilentScreed® Panel 22 is a high-performance acoustic cement particle overlay board engineered to reduce both impact and airborne sound transmission through separating floors. Installation Guidance

Install SilentScreed Panel 22 in a conventional broken-bond pattern.

When installing directly over timber joists, staple SilentCloud-10 Joist Strips to the joist tops prior to laying the panels. All tongue-and-groove joints must be bonded using SilentCloud-Bond Panel Adhesive. Maintain a 10–15mm expansion gap around all perimeters and seal using SilentCloud-Seal 20 Perimeter Seal, or install in accordance with Robust Detail FFT5 requirements.

Correct installation is essential to achieve the stated acoustic performance.
