The SilentCloud Panel 17 stands as a thinner overlay board crafted to minimize floor build without compromising performance. It effectively mitigates impact sound transmission through separating floors. The upper layer of moisture-resistant MDF provides a smooth surface for various floor finishes. This high-performance acoustic overlay board is ideal for areas with limited room height, offering versatility for installation over existing or new concrete and timber floors. The board comprises 9mm Moisture Resistant tongued and grooved MDF with a 10mm SilentCloud Felt resilient layer. With an overall nominal thickness of 19mm, the board achieves a Finished Floor Level (FFL) over the floor deck of 17mm.

Installation
- Lay the SilentCloud Panel 17 Floating Flooring in a conventional broken bond pattern.
- Use SilentCloud-Bond Panel Adhesive to glue all teegee joints.
- Leave a 10-15mm expansion gap around all perimeters and use SilentCloud-Seal 20 Perimeter Seal or follow Robust Detail instructions for acoustic isolation.
